I am a sucker for good Halloween Treats. Who am I kidding? I am a sucker for all things Halloween. Every year we throw a Halloween Party so I am always on the hunt for fun and spooky Halloween party treats. I make a big spooky meal on Halloween and I love taking treats to my kid’s school. But really, who doesn’t love making cool things out of food?
I took to Pinterest to compile a list of the coolest and creepiest Halloween Party Treats. All of the sources are cited.
A few years ago someone brought these Meatball Eyeballs to one of our Halloween parties and it was a huge hit. Lick the bowl good gives a great tutorial over on her blog.
Vanessa Shaffer Design made the cutest Graveyard pudding. I love this idea. I make graveyard cupcakes a few years ago, but there are so many cupcake ideas out there that I love the idea of making this into a pudding instead.
Not Quite Nigella absolutely blew me away with her VooDoo cookies. This is definitely on my list to make this year. I mean come on, how cute are those? I wont even pretend that mine will be this cute, but a girl can try.
I have a secret to tell you…. hot dogs make me want to vomit. I mean just the sight of them, and the touch and the smell and just about every single thing about them, but my kids love them. I know they would be in love with these Hot Dog mummies that Our Ordinary Life made.
Martha Stewart is killing me with these shriveled apple heads in cider. I am dying at the cuteness but loving the spookiness all at the same time. I think I might have to make these for our party this year.
Epicurious has me wanting to pull out my white chocolate and whip up some of these adorable bones. I think my kids would be obsessed with these.
The puking pumpkin has been the main staple at all of our parties. Someone always shows up with it but no one has ever found the source for the pins, its like a black hole in the Pinterest world. Stay At home Who took the pin and created her own puking pumpkin. A Spicy Perspective has me squealing at the cuteness of these cookies. I have always made witch hat cookies but I am a sucker for a good thumbprint cookie with chocolate in it and these adorable spider cookies have me wanting to make them instead.
Every year I make the kids a meatloaf head for Halloween. Meatloaf is one of my favorite meals and when Fabulessly Frugal combined my favorite dish with my favorite holiday I think I almost had a heart attack.
Wanna Bite blew my Halloween brain. I LOVE these wicked poisoned apples. I will definitely be making these for our Halloween party.
The Idea Room wins the award for most disgusting Halloween Treat. These look so nasty and my insides want to be my outsides when I see it, but I know, without a doubt that it would be a hit with my kids and their friends.
Martha Stewart again blew me away with these cute brain cupcakes (can cute and brain go in the same sentence? I feel like iZombie over here.) These look so easy and those brain name tags are so stinking fantastic.
Monsters and cuteness are kind of staple for Halloween and Life with the Crust off won me over with these delicious looking monster cupcakes.
I am always on the hunt for a fun way to display my Halloween treats and someone over on the Halloween Forum shared this totally fantastic idea for your meat and cheese tray. I totally have this skeleton (I mean who doesn’t?) and I and going to use him (her?) for it this years meat and cheese display.
CM2 shared the best free printables for labels for your wicked Halloween Drinks. These are such a great idea and I wish I would have found them years ago.
Gimmie Freebies wins the award for most intriguing with this Watermelon brain. I want to do it, I need to do it, but I don’t think I can, my talent might fall short when it comes to watermelon brain craving.
Here are a few of the treats from my past Halloween Parties.
I hope you enjoyed this post and found some fun ideas for your Halloween Party. Be sure to share some love with the fabulous bloggers who created these awesome Halloween Party treats.
