So I’ve told y’all about my AMAZING friend Maria over at Sweet Cotton Paperie before when she made us our amazing Haunted Mansion Halloween Party Invites last year. Seriously Maria has some mad talent and didn’t disappoint this year either. I’m pretty sure it’s not possible for her to make something I don’t love.
Our theme this year is one of my favorite movies EVER!! When people ask what movie it is you have seen a million and one times, I can without a doubt say HOCUS POCUS!!! It is Halloween to me. No Halloween is complete without us watching this movie multiple times before the big day and as if 10,000 times a year isn’t enough we go for 10,001 and watch it every year on Halloween Night after we get home from Trick or Treating, while the kids sort through their candy. That’s one of our biggest Halloween Traditions.
I mean who doesn’t love Mary, Winnie and Sarah? I may be a tad bit guilty of naming all of my children after movies, and while Aowyn’s name is after a character from Lord of the Rings, It’s pretty bewitching to me that her nickname is Wynnie. The Hocus Pocus fan girl inside of me gets a bit giddy every time I say it or hear other people say it. After all I’m pretty certain I am the 4th Sanderson Sister. I am a master at the resting B face (or so some say) so I pretty much have the spot for the lesser known Sister in the bag, I’m just saying.
Maria didn’t stop at making the invites. She also made us a Poster to hang in our entry way when guests enter. Its pretty much the coolest thing ever. I mean seriously…. this girl has some insane talent. You won’t be sorry if you get her for your next party!!! (and no she is not giving me anything to say this, I just seriously straight up love her, even without the invites.)
So without further ado…. the coveted invites that pretty much rocked my socks right off. She sent me the preview and the giddiness reared up inside me, shot me right off the couch and ran my butt into the kitchen to show my husband (he was getting ice cream, not doing the dishes. I mean I do live the dream but not all dreams are perfect all the time. Sometimes the husband eats the last of the ice cream, sometimes he does the dishes, its called balance.)

Isn’t it perfect? So what are you waiting for…. go check out Maria’s stuff. I forewarn you though, you may want to plan a party just because, for whatever random holiday you might come up with, because you need these invites in your life like yesterday. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
