Life of a toddler is sure a blast, especially when they think you are the worst parent ever.
I was putting laundry away when I caught Aowyn coloring all over her face with a permanent marker.
She can not reach the spot where they are kept so Im not sure where she got the permanent marker but my guess is that she found it somewhere in her big brothers room. We have a particular oldest child who thinks that he can’t write ANYTHING without using a permanent marker.
If my markers are missing I usually know exactly where to find them.
She was not happy with me at all when I took the marker from her!
She was even less happy when she realized that instead of being upset I just laughed and then proceeded to capture this epic fit on film, of course no good parent would choose to NOT immortalize this wonderment.
Of course yelling in my face and spitting at me is going to help her get the marker back…. right?
She really is the sweetest girl and when her fit throwing is over she always comes to me and tells me she is so sorry and hugs me for a really long time. She usually also rubs my face and tells me she loves me, so all is right in the toddler universe.
