The kids started school when we were living in Alabama. We always do their start of the year pictures in front of our house, so of course to be silly we had to do it in front of our “house”, with the house being the RV this time. I make signs for them each year to hold us. You can see the past pictures here and here (and I can’t seem to find the others right now).
The kids went to the school that was just a block away from my Granny’s house and where my mom went to school for a bit. Braddoc got main streamed which we were super worried about and it turned out our fears were real. He had the hardest time and an even harder time when he got back to the RV because he had no space to be alone. He was failing everything because he was so overwhelmed being main streamed. They had a spelling test and he wrote, hen, pin, win, tin instead of the words cat, mat, bat and hat that he was supposed to write. I told the teacher he knew he was supposed to write words that sounding a like but was so overwhelmed he had no idea what those words were.
Braddoc starting First Grade.
Landon started 3rd grade.
I was trying to get fun back to school pictures done and just died laughing that I got this one mid sneeze. 
They started school in the beginning of August and the beginning of October we got a job and were moving. They had to say goodbye to their classes and teachers.
I really loved Landons teacher and miss her so much, she was a fantastic lady and a great teacher. She went to school with my mom… such a small world down there in the South, and she asks my family there about him all the time.
